  • Step 1: – Press the Windows logo key and R simultaneously to open a Run dialogue box. Type in appwiz.cpl in the dialogue box and press the Enter button on your keyboard to open Programs and features
  • Step 2: – Go to Adobe Flash Player 26 ActiveX and follow instructions to uninstall Adobe Flash Player 26 ActiveX. 
  • Step 3: – Now, restart your Windows and open Internet browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox). Then, visit Adobe’s website on this link.
  • Step 4: – In Step 1, select your operating system. In Step 2, select your browser.
  • Step 5: – Uncheck all offers under Optional offers and click on Download. Run Adobe Flash Player installation file
  • Step 6: – Click on Yes to confirm running the installation as Administrator. Under the Update Flash Player Preferences option, click on Allow Adobe to install updates (recommended). If you do not want Adobe to install updates automatically, you can choose another update option. Click on Finish
